UX-CV-11

The UX-CV-11 is a 65 watt triode with a mu of 14 designed for full ratings to 30 MHz. Similar to a Taylor 841-SW. The second example is marked as Amperex with a stepped envelope, but may have been made by United. The third example looks like a United tube, but is marked "Majestic Surgical Instrument No. 11". The same tube with a 50 watt base is called the CV-11.
