The 250TL or VT-130 replaced the 250T "LO" version in the late 1930s. These are 250 watt triodes with a mu of 14. These tubes had a new plate cap structure and caps over the anodes. They are usable up to 40 MHz at full rating. When first announced by Eimac, the maximum plate voltage was 3000 and the amplification factor was 13. The third example was made by Lewis and Kaufman.
