The TW-150 is a 150 watt general purpose triode with a mu of 35 and a frequency of 60 MHz for full ratings. It featured a thin wall carbon anode. This tube first appeared in the 1940 Taylor Tubes catalog but was missing in the 1945 addition. Taylor offered to make this tube on a special order with a 5 volt, 8.2 amp filament and a UX base.
