The 805 or VT-143 is a 125 watt triode with a mu of 40/60. It is usable up to 30 MHz at full rating but was designed to be a class B modulator. The first example was made by RCA, who first marketed it in 1936, and the second by GE (GL-805). The third is made by United and is internally marked with their commercial number 905.
