592/3-200A3

The 592 or 3-200A3 is a 200 watt triode with a mu of 25 made by Eimac. It is usable up to 150 MHz. The original tube was probably the second example as its base is uranium glass. The third example was made by GE (GL-592) who developed the type. Its pins are longer and its body is shorter than the Eimac. It also has a one piece tube cap. Eimac's developmental number was X468 about 1949.
