15E

The 15E is a 20 watt dissipation triode with a mu of 25 developed by Eimac. It was refered to as the "Flea" tube and was used in WWII ASB airborne RADAR equipment and had full ratings to 600 MHz. The second and third examples were made by Federal. The large photo shows a push pull pulsed oscillator used in the BP IFF equipment. The final photo is of the ASB-7 RADAR that used 6 tubes in a ring oscillator.
